Contact our technical support team through our portal to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any hardware back to our facilities.

Package Your Gear

Securely pack the items in their original protective packaging, including all cables, dongles, and documentation to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

Ship to Pangolin

Affix the RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the package via a tracked and insured carrier to our global headquarters in Orlando, Florida.

Inspection and Refund

Once our engineers verify the hardware's functionality and condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
